MOVE IN/OUT SERVICES Deep cleaning of all bathroom areas, including hard to reach areas and tiles Kitchen cleaning including inside of dishwasher Clean inside of the oven and refrigerator Clean inside of all cabinets and drawers All baseboards will be deep cleaned with damp cloth All blinds will be deep cleaned with damp cloth. All floors will be vacuumed, swept, and mopped with appropriate house cleaning agents Step stool and duster used to clean high to reach areas like ceiling fans and cobwebs Any door with glass, the glass and doorway are always cleaned Clean vent fronts and switch plates Remove cobwebs Clean Laundry Room including machine surfaces and floor area Make sure inside of all window sills are wiped down properly Make sure Patio are swept properly Gym wiped, shined, and swept/vacuumed properly Cleaning of rent office Empty all trash Rates & Offers may vary
